For the mixed berries e.g., Clean raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, black and red currants. Quarter the strawberries.
Mix the crème fraîche with the egg yolk, starch and 50 g sugar.
Place the pizza dough plate on a baking tray and brush with the cream. Cover the pastry with fruits and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
Bake the berry pizza in the preheated oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat (gas level 3 - 4, convection 200 ° C) on the bottom shelf for 15 minutes.
