  • 1 packet pizza dough
  • 2 slices cooked ham, Italian (large )
  • 1 packet pistachios, ground (small pack)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Roll out the dough thinly and evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush well with olive oil. Spread the cream cheese in flakes on top. It is best to form small cams with a teaspoon, distribute them evenly on the dough and then press them a little flat. Season everything well with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Remove when the batter is golden brown.
  3. Now cover the pizza with ham cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle the ground pistachios generously (!) On top, pour chilli flakes over them and put them in the oven for another 5 minutes. Take out and serve.
