Milkshake with Pistachios

This cocktail is made with ice cream, milk, pistachios, and sugar.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

Unsalted pistachios – 2/3 cup
Vanilla ice cream – 3 glasses
Milk – 1.5 cups
Sugar – 0.25 cups
Vanilla extract – 0.5 teaspoon
Chopped pistachios for serving (optional)

Directions

Combine 2/3 cup pistachios and sugar in a blender, chop finely (almost to powder).
Add ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract to a blender, blend until smooth.
Pour the cocktail into glasses, sprinkle with chopped pistachios (optional). Serve immediately.
