Strawberries with Pistachios

While the strawberry season is in full swing, you can prepare delicious and aromatic desserts with it. This recipe for strawberry and pistachio dessert is for adults with a drop of alcohol.

Ingredients

Strawberry – 100 g
Unsalted pistachios, fried – 30 g
Cognac – 2 tablespoon.
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoon.
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Fresh mint – 1 sprig
Salt – multiple crystals

Instead of cognac, you can take dessert wine or liqueur – in this case, you will need less honey.

Directions

Let’s make the sauce. For him, mix lemon juice, cognac, honey, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Cut the strawberries into wedges.
Add 3-4 large mint leaves in a pile and cut into strips.
Peel the pistachios and chop them into large crumbs.
Pour slices of strawberries with honey-cognac sauce, sprinkle with chopped mint. Mix very gently. Put the strawberry dessert in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.
Serve strawberry dessert to the table, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and decorate with a sprig of mint.
