  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 150 g blue cheese, Roquefort or other
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 1 oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts, fry them in the oil for 4 minutes on each side and place in a baking dish that is big enough that all breasts can lie next to each other.
