Ingredients
- 220 g butter, soft
- 100 g cornstarch
- 100 sugar, brown
- Vanilla Flavor
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g flour
- 100 g wheat flour (whole rain)
- 50 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 350 g chocolate, white, rouhly chopped
- 200 g pistachios, rouhly chopped

- Mix the butter, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla together. Then stir in the eggs one at a time.
- Mix the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda in another bowl, then stir into the batter. Now fold in the chocolate and pistachios and place the dough teaspoon at a time on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175 ° C.
