- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg (s), including the yolk
- 125 g pistachios, round
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, grated zest
- 1 egg (s), including the egg white
- 50 g pistachios, chopped

- Knead the flour, butter, sugar, egg, egg yolk, ground pistachios and lemon zest to make a shortcrust pastry. Shape the dough into 2 cm thick rolls and leave to rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut the dough rolls into 1 cm thick slices and shape them into a ball. Brush the balls with egg white and sprinkle the chopped pistachios. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 15 minutes.
