Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, almonds, butter, 75 g sugar, an egg and a pinch of salt to make a shortcrust pastry.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes, then line a greased springform pan with it.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  4. Mix 3 eggs with 80 g sugar, the vanilla sugar and the vanilla pulp until frothy. Stir in the cream cheese, quark, lemon juice and zest and the cornstarch. Put on the dough.
