Knead the flour, almonds, butter, 75 g sugar, an egg and a pinch of salt to make a shortcrust pastry.
Chill for 30 minutes, then line a greased springform pan with it.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Mix 3 eggs with 80 g sugar, the vanilla sugar and the vanilla pulp until frothy. Stir in the cream cheese, quark, lemon juice and zest and the cornstarch. Put on the dough.
Mix the frozen berries with the vanilla sugar and spread over the cheese mixture. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
