Mix the yeast with the sugar, water and 250g flour. Let the resulting pre-dough stand for about 1 hour.
When the pre-dough has risen nicely, add all the other ingredients and mix well (knead with the machine for about 5 minutes).
Let the dough ferment for approx. 2 hours.
Then work the dough through again briefly by hand, then grind the dough round and divide it into 8 pieces.
Grind each of these dough segments again.
Then shape the rolls (round or oval depending on your preference)
Put the finished rolls on a baking sheet for the last time (approx. 30 min.).
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C in good time.
Before the rolls are put in the oven, cut into the surface and spray a little with water.
Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until they get color, then switch the oven down to 180 ° C and bake the rolls for about 10 minutes! (The times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven !!)
For the dip:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix finely with the hand blender.
Tip:
The amount of milk depends on how creamy you want the dip!
