Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top / bottom heat.

  6. Mix the low-fat quark with the chopped spring onions, salt, pepper and paprika.
  7. At the end of the baking time, take the tray out of the oven and coat the bottom with the quark mixture. I would always spread this sauce on the pizza base, no matter what topping you have.
