Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the eggs with the spinach and 100 g of the grated cheese and season a little with salt and pepper.
  3. The spinach does not have to be completely thawed, it is sufficient if you can stir it well.
  4. Put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime you can prepare all the other ingredients, depending on the topping you want.
  6. Mix the low-fat quark with the chopped spring onions, salt, pepper and paprika.
  7. At the end of the baking time, take the tray out of the oven and coat the bottom with the quark mixture. I would always spread this sauce on the pizza base, no matter what topping you have.
  8. The recipe ingredients for three different pizza toppings are intended as a suggestion.
  9. 1. Topping:
  10. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and spread them on the pizza.
  11. 2. Topping:
  12. Cut the ham into small pieces, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and spread them on the pizza.
  13. 3. Topping:
  14. Spread the bacon cubes on the pizza and then add a few fried eggs. Possibly sprinkle some chives over it.
  15. Now sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on the pizza and place in the oven again for about 20 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
  16. The recipe serves as an idea for everyone who wants to try something different. Certainly also combinable with some other types of vegetables, meat, sausage or fish.
