Ingredients

For the yeast dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 150 ml water, possibly more, depending on the type flour

For the sauce:

  • 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning, mixed with oregano, basil, rosemary, sweet paprika powder
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon water, as needed
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • 1 teaspoon meat stock

For covering:

  • 125 g sausae, (sucuk), frozen, in 0.3 cm thick slices
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into /3 rings
  • 1 large clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 g Gouda, rated, possibly more
  • 400 g spinach, frozen, chopped, pre-cooked
  • 2 medium tomato (s), halved, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices

Instructions

  1. Mix and knead the ingredients for the dough. The dough should be a pliable lump. Put this in a sealable bowl and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. After rising, the dough should have fine bubbles and it should be easy to roll out.
  2. Mix and season the ingredients for the sauce. Slice the frozen sucuk and set aside to thaw. Now defrost the spinach in a saucepan over low heat without water. It is lightly pre-cooked. Mix in the chopped garlic and some salt and pepper and set aside to cool. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread the sauce on top.
  3. Spread the spinach on the sauce. Sprinkle with some cheese. Place the sucuk, tomatoes and onions on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 210 ° C. The pizza is ready when the cheese has run and is lightly brown.
