Peel the salami and cut into thin slices. Clean and cut other ingredients as required.
Put a little oil in a large pan and heat briefly. Then briefly brown the first tortilla in it over low heat. Put some pizza sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then place a second tortilla on top. Let it heat up briefly with the pan lid closed so that the cheese melts. Then carefully turn the quesadilla and brown a little on the other side.
Take out of the pan and place on a lightly oiled / greased baking sheet. Brush with pizza sauce and cover with 4-5 slices of salami. Top with fresh vegetables sparingly, otherwise the whole thing can become too soft! Then sprinkle cheese over it again.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the tray with 2 - 3 pizzadillas in the oven for approx. 5 minutes with convection. The pizzadillas are ready when the cheese is golden brown and the sauce is no longer too runny. Let cool down a bit before eating!
Tip:
For homemade pizza sauce, I always use about 1.5 packets of tomato strains and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, fresh garlic, oregano and chillies to taste
