Put the minced meat in a bowl. Finely dice the onion and garlic and add to the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper and paprika and mix everything together well. Now form 6 evenly sized minced meat patties (I always use my burger press).
Mix the feta with sour cream, pepper and thyme. Place the feta cream in the center of a minced meat platter, leaving the edge free. Place a second plate on top and close the edges tightly so that the feta does not leak while baking. Do the same for the rest.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pleskavica over medium heat for approx. 8-10 minutes on each side.
