Wash and chop the plums and apple and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the washed grapes. Mix the fruit and place in a glass bowl or directly in dessert bowls.
Melt the sugar in the pan, add the walnuts and cover with the sugar. Sprinkle with a lot of cinnamon. Mix with soyade when cooled. Put each serving in a bowl, distributing the nuts over the plums.
