Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder, add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, quark, oil and cream and mix everything well.
  2. Put the dough in a 26 cm springform pan, greased and sprinkled with the grated almonds, fill it and smooth it out. Top with halved plums.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  4. After a baking time of 20 minutes, spread the topping on the cake and finish baking in another 25 to 30 minutes.

  7. Let the cake cool in the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
