• 1 kg plums, pitted

• 300 g suar
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
• 100 ml liqueur (plum liqueur)

1. Bring the plums to the boil with water, sugar and lemon, puree in a blender. Add the liqueur and freeze in the ice cream maker.
