Flour, dry yeast, sugar, milk, eggs, butter and salt
Mix with the mixer (dough hook) until the very soft dough comes off the base. Let rise for 1/2 hour.
Then roll out the dough with a little flour on a baking sheet and spread the plum jam on it.
Spread the crumble of butter, sugar and flour on the plum jam, let the cake rise for another 20 minutes. Then bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
The yeast dough is delicious because it is very fluffy.
I`ve also made it with fruit (e.g. cherries, apricots).
