Instructions

  1. Cut the plums into pieces. Mix with the preserving sugar and orange juice and let stand for about 45 minutes.
  2. Puree the mixture. Add the cinnamon stick and tea bag and heat the mixture. Let simmer for approx. 4-5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and tea bags. Fill immediately into prepared twist-off glasses. Turn the closed jars upside down for a few minutes. Let cool down.
