Instructions

  1. Stone the plums, peel and core the apples. Cut the fruit into small cubes.
  2. Put the diced plums and apples in a saucepan with lemon juice, water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool down a little, use the hand blender to make a very fine puree. Let cool well (fridge) before serving. Season the cream quark with vanilla sugar, maple syrup and lemon zest.
  3. Then fill the glass dessert bowls in layers: first the plum and apple mousse, then a thin layer of hazelnut brittle, then the cream quark and on top the grated chocolate. Looks great and tastes fantastic!
