Ingredients
- 3 large plum (s)
- 3 m. Apples, crumbly
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons water
- 2 tablespoon cane sugar (raw cane sugar)
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 200 g cream quark
- some vanilla sugar
- some maple syrup
- 1 pinch (s) lemon peel, untreated, grated
- 9 tablespoon brittle (hazelnut brittle)
- 3 tablespoon chocolate flakes, dark

- Stone the plums, peel and core the apples. Cut the fruit into small cubes.
- Put the diced plums and apples in a saucepan with lemon juice, water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool down a little, use the hand blender to make a very fine puree. Let cool well (fridge) before serving. Season the cream quark with vanilla sugar, maple syrup and lemon zest.
- Then fill the glass dessert bowls in layers: first the plum and apple mousse, then a thin layer of hazelnut brittle, then the cream quark and on top the grated chocolate. Looks great and tastes fantastic!
