Ingredients
- 250 g blueberries
- 100 g merinue drops
- 125 g natural yourt
- 250 g quark, 20% fat
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

- Mix the yogurt, quark and vanilla together.
- Wash and sort the blueberries. Put some nice berries and meringue drops aside for decoration.
- In a transparent bowl, layer a layer of meringue, blueberries and finally quark mixture. Repeat until everything is used up.
- Let the quark steep overnight in a cool place.
- Decorate with the remaining blueberries and meringue drops just before serving.
- The dessert also tastes good with other berries.
