Ingredients
- 1 small Glass blueberries (forest blueberries)
- 500 g natural yourt
- 250 g quark or cream cheese, natural
- 2 tablespoon, heaped sugar
- 2 packs instant gelatine

- Drain the blueberries well over a sieve.
- Mix the blueberry juice with the yoghurt and the quark or cream cheese as well as the sugar with the mixer until smooth, then mix in both packets of instant gelatine very well and finally fold in the drained blueberries.
- Pour the cream into a pretty bowl and cover it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to harden.
- Tips:
- A garnish of dabs of freshly whipped cream crowns the taste.
- The dessert will be even more aromatic if you add 1 - 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam before you put the drained blueberries in the oven.
