Ingredients
- strawberries or pineapple (depending on the season)
- 500 g yourt (10%)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 0.5 ½ pack cane sugar

- Clean the fruit, cut into small pieces if necessary and then use it to lay out a flat dish or baking dish. Mix the yoghurt with the whipped cream (tip: you can also add vanilla sugar). Then distribute this mixture on the fruits and leave to cool for about 2-3 hours.
- Just before serving - about 15 minutes - sprinkle with the cane sugar.
