Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g yourt
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 300 g fruit your choice

- Mix the pudding powder with about 6 tablespoons of cold milk. Then mix well with the yolk and vanilla sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the sugar and slowly stir in the pudding mixture.
- Let the pudding cool and put in the fridge for about an hour. Then stir in the yogurt. It tastes delicious if you also fold in the whipped cream, but you can leave it out to save calories.
- In addition, you can cut or puree fruits according to your choice and taste
- Finally, fill with the cream in dessert bowls.
- Pickled fruits (peaches, pears, cherries, etc.) are ideal. Berries taste particularly delicious (fresh, thawed or made into puree).
- Save some nice pieces of fruit for garnish.
