- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 1 glass applesauce
- 5 slices rusks
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash milk
- possibly lemon juice

- Put the rusks in a small plastic bag and use the rolling pin to make fine crumbs. Put the quark in a bowl and mix well with the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk (if you like, you can also add a few drops of lemon juice).
- Now it`s time to shift (if it is to be transported, a lockable Tupperware box is suitable). The first layer is a third of the rusk crumbs. This is followed by a third of applesauce, followed by a third of the chopped almonds and finally a third of quark. The process is now repeated until everything is used up. So the last layer is the curd again. You can decorate this as you like.

- It is best to let the dessert rest for about an hour so that the rusk can soak up completely.
