Instructions

  1. Wash everything, peel pears and apples and core everything, weigh everything in between so that you get a total of 1000g with the hazelnuts!
  2. Cut everything into small pieces or mix more or less small with the hand blender. From the saucepan and cook with the preserving sugar for about 3-5 minutes, stirring so that nothing burns!
  3. Then fill everything into clean twist-off glasses, close and turn upside down, leave to cool.
  4. If you want, you can also add a dash of white wine while simmering, depending on your needs and taste.
