Instructions

  1. Put on water and bring to a boil. Now add a little salt and a dash of vinegar to the water. The water must now be made to rotate slightly and the opened egg is now placed in the rotating water for 3 minutes. The ham is then wrapped around the egg.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and briefly fry the wrapped egg on all sides.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing briefly with a hand blender.
  4. Mix the salad with the dressing, shape into a nest and place the egg in the center.
