Instructions

  1. Chop the pointed cabbage and the onion into small pieces.
  2. Let the oil get hot in the pan, fry the minced meat in it until nothing is pink. Add the onion and pointed cabbage and stew until the cabbage is very lightly browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
  3. Potatoes taste best with this.
  4. Tip: If you want, you can add some more water and sauce binders or mixed broth.
