Cut the onion into cubes and fry with the minced meat in a pan with oil. Season well with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes and cut the pointed cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Deglaze the minced meat with the vegetable stock and add the potatoes and pointed cabbage. With the lid closed, simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes - stirring occasionally.
Add the processed cheese and stir in. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
