- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 100 g processed cheese (liht)
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Cut the onion into cubes and fry with the minced meat in a pan with oil. Season well with salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes and cut the pointed cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Deglaze the minced meat with the vegetable stock and add the potatoes and pointed cabbage. With the lid closed, simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes - stirring occasionally.
- Add the processed cheese and stir in. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
