Cut the onion and bell pepper into thin strips and finely chop the garlic clove. Fry everything in a little oil. Then fry the cut pointed cabbage a little. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Fold in the diced sheep`s cheese and heat it up, do not let it boil any more.
Rice goes very well with it.
Alternatively, you can replace the sheep`s cheese with fried prawn tails.
