Instructions

  1. Wash the pointed cabbage and cut into large pieces. Sweat the garlic until translucent.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a large saucepan. Add the pointed cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes, gradually adding the stock.
  3. Finally mix with the processed cheese and season with the spices. Rice goes best with it.
