Cut the onion and jalapeños into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Put everything together in a bowl. Add the feta and cream cheese and mix well.
Cut off the lids of the pointed peppers and remove the insides as much as possible.
Then pour the mixture into the pods.
With us, the pointed peppers land on the grill for 30 - 45 minutes. We grill them indirectly, so not over the coal. But you can certainly do it in the oven.
