Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolk, flour, polenta, baking powder, cayenne pepper and 100 ml cold water to form a smooth batter. Carefully fold in the egg whites.
  2. Grease 6 muffin molds with a little margarine, pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
