Wash and dab the pollack and cut into portions. Make a marinade from 2 eggs, salt, paprika and mustard. Hit thoroughly (magic wand). Turn the portioned fish in the marinade and then bread it. Repeat the process twice for a thicker layer. Then fry until golden brown over medium heat.
Mashed potatoes are ideal for this. You can garnish this with fried onions or one or two pickles.
