  1. Chop the rosemary, peel the carrots and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Mix 2 oil, honey, rosemary and soy sauce. Marinate the Pollo Fino with it and let it steep for two hours.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon honey and remaining oil. Season with pepper and salt. Put the carrots and lemon slices in a baking dish and pour the marinade on top. Spread the meat on top (if you like, add half of the marinade).
  4. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
  5. Baguette or flatbread go ideally with it.
  6. Tip: We made a very tasty salad out of the carrot greens.
