Pluck the mint leaves and divide into 6 glasses. Add 1 teaspoon each of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cold water. Crush the mint leaves with a wooden pestle. Half fill glasses with crushed ice. Mix the gin and juice, pour over. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
Tip:
If you don`t get or like pomegranate juice, you can use red currant juice as a substitute. Since mint is very tasty, please dose carefully. Perhaps one leaf per glass is enough for a slightly minty taste.
