Instructions

  1. Clean and drain the lettuce. Put the lemon juice in a bowl. Add enough sugar to soak up the juice. This is important so that the cream that is then added does not curdle. A lot of sugar is needed, so nothing to slim down.
  2. Add the cream and stir everything together with the whisk. Just before eating, add the salad and stir. This goes well with mashed potatoes and fried, breaded saithe.
