Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs, sugar, salt and raisins into a viscous dough.
  2. Bring the milk, sugar and spices to the boil. First dip a teaspoon into the boiling soup, then cut the dumplings from the dough. Gradually let it slide into the soup.
  3. Always leave the spoon in the boiling soup for a moment afterwards, otherwise the next lump won`t come off the spoon.
  4. Let cook for about 20 minutes.
