Quickly knead all ingredients except for the chocolate icing into a dough and chill in a food storage container for at least 2 hours. Knead again well before rolling out.
Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick and cut out biscuits. Bake at 160 ° C for about 7 minutes. Decorate with chocolate icing if necessary.
I`ve also made croissants out of it and dipped the tips in punch glaze. They also taste good just sprinkled with icing sugar!
