Mix the quark, eggs, 3 tablespoons of cream, sugar, baking powder and semolina and stir well. Mix 2 tablespoons of cream with poppy seeds and plum jam.
Put about half of the quark mixture in a greased dish. Spread the poppy seed and puree mixture evenly on the dough in spots (with a teaspoon) and cover with the rest of the quark mixture.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and bake the casserole for 30 minutes. Melt a few flakes of butter on it shortly before serving (while still warm) - but it also tastes very good without it!
