- First dry the pork chop well with kitchen paper.
- Make a marinade from the oil, the pressed garlic clove and the spices. Place the cutlet in it and marinate in the refrigerator for a day.
- Take the chop out of the refrigerator at least an hour before searing so that it reaches room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees top and bottom heat.
- Heat a grill pan strongly. Now salt the chop and sear it on both sides in the grill pan until it is well browned and has the typical grill pattern.
- Cook the chop in the hot oven on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes - depending on the thickness of the chop.
