Salt and pepper the pork chops. Then sprinkle the chopped sage leaves over it. Finally, add a touch of cinnamon (my touch is always a bit bigger because I like cinnamon a lot). Fry on both sides in the pan, then serve hot.
There is also potatoes and salad.
Note: If the side dish is too heavily seasoned, the aroma of the meat will be lost. So rather less than more.
