Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into small slices, season with pepper and sear it. Remove from the pan and pour sherry over the roast. Let something evaporate. Add the cream and crumble the stock cube. Add peppercorns and let simmer.
  2. It goes well with ribbon noodles, rice or bread dumplings. If you like, you can also steam a few mushrooms.
