Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in the oil. Add all other ingredients (except the meat), bring to the boil and cook thickly over a low flame. Brush the pork fillets with the glaze and place in an ovenproof baking dish. Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and fry for 20-30 minutes, if possible, set the grill setting. Turn frequently and brush repeatedly with the honey glaze.
These pork fillets can also be prepared very well on the grill. To do this, place the marinated fillets on extra strong aluminum foil and grill for about 20 minutes.
This goes well with rice and mixed salad.
Tip 1: This honey glaze is also wonderfully suitable for other meat. I have also prepared neck chops in this way a number of times.
Tip 2: The meat is particularly tasty and tender if you marinate it with the honey glaze for a few hours (or overnight) before it is cooked.
