Mix the mustard with honey and Altbier. Place the marjoram in the marinade and add the steaks. Chill and marinate for 12 hours, turning once.
Drain the steaks and pat them with paper towels. Cook on the grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side, first over high, then over medium heat, depending on the thickness.
Let it rest briefly, season with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
