Cut the pork into slices 0.5 cm thick, cover with foil or food bag, beat thinly.
Spread a slice of Parma ham or Jamon over the meat. Place a tablespoon of curd cheese on top of the ham. Put the crumbled sheep cheese on top of the curd cheese.
Roll the pork into a roll.
Dip the meatloaf in the beaten egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the schnitzels in a preheated skillet in olive oil on all sides until golden brown.
Transfer the fried schnitzels to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes, finish cooking.
Place the finished schnitzels on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve the cooked schnitzel with fresh herbs or fried potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
