Mix the soy sauce with the wine vinegar, sherry, chicken stock, honey and crushed garlic cloves. Turn the pork ribs in it and let it steep for at least three hours. Turn pork ribs every now and then.
Then place the meat in the oven`s drip pan. Brush with the marinade and fry at 225 degrees (gas mark 4) for 45 minutes. Turn it often and brush with the marinade.
