  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 4 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 kg pork ribs

  1. Mix the soy sauce with the wine vinegar, sherry, chicken stock, honey and crushed garlic cloves. Turn the pork ribs in it and let it steep for at least three hours. Turn pork ribs every now and then.
  2. Then place the meat in the oven`s drip pan. Brush with the marinade and fry at 225 degrees (gas mark 4) for 45 minutes. Turn it often and brush with the marinade.
  3. Finally grill for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with baguette and salad.
